Infogr.am - making infographics (too?) easy
I found http://infogr.am today, and created a simple example (Shown above) to see how easy it was to create, and how much variety there was to be creative. On the whole, the experience was simple (A couple of rough edges here and there - it’s still officially in Beta) it took me a couple of minutes to manually enter the data, but if I had data I could have easily uploaded it. There are some color options, and a few layout choices, and basically this is for the most basic of Infographics presenters. After the inevitable Meme generators have their way with this tool, it will likely be used widely by individuals who don’t have a creative team, or the funds to hire one. I hope it makes those who create stunning infographics a bit more appreciated. /jj
